A self-directed model enables secure messaging and data sharing between individuals and their health coaches online, while providing a cost-effective platform to deliver personalized education and support.'
• MyFile Conditions: 'For the chronically ill, MyFile Conditions enables care improvement programs with digital monitoring tools and cost effective delivery of educational materials. Using condition specific, personalized, interactive tools such as questionnaires, reports, and graphs, members can assess status, identify risk factors, and monitor their progress.'
• MyFile Labs: 'allows a high degree of flexibility in collecting lab results via online and scanned hard copy entry, by MyFile members and medical staff. Data entry methods are customized by the system administrator.'
• MyFile Rewards: 'a bonus program that can be integrated with MyFile Health, and Conditions modules to promote and reward behavioral changes based on actions. Members receive rewards as they progress through their wellness program.'
• MyFile Administrator: 'provides the client support team with the information and tools to manage all AMES MyFile applications. Providers can update a patient’s personal health record (PHR) with the most up-to-date lab results, medication lists, prescription refills, disease management plans, and clinical notes. All that’s needed for members to securely access their PHR is personal ID, password, and a Web browser. All protected health information is encrypted in compliance with HIPAA requirements. MyFile also integrates with existing Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) to ensure seamless clinical workflow.'
