CCR

The Continuity of Care Record (CCR) is the most widely used format for sharing personal health records data. In the USA, most PHR software supports the CCR. For example, the PHR software of both Google and Microsoft can send and receive data in the CCR format. Pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS and providers such as MinuteClinic also support CCR.
