No headersGoogle released its consumer-facing PHR platform in 2008. Unlike Microsoft HealthVault the platform includes a fully-function PHR for patients but the adoption by healthcare providers and device makers is less than for Microsoft's platform. Google also only supports the Continuity of Care Record (CCR) format and does not support the Continuity of Care Document (CCD) format.
