Google Health for programmers

Getting Started Guide: The Google Health Data API allows client applications to view and update Health content in the form of a Google Data API feed. Depending on the type of application you are developing (web or an installed application), your client can post new health data to a user's profile, edit or delete entries, request a list of existing entries, and query for specific health data that match a certain criteria.
Google hosts a repository of code samples, including those showing the use of CCR. The Developer's Guide includes guidance for programming in .NET and Java.

- Diagnoses: SNOMEDCT
- Drugs & Allegeries: mainly use the FDA's National Drug Codes (NDC). RxNorm by National Library of Medicine's UMLS can also be used if form, strength, & route are also known.
- Procedures: American Medical Association's Current Procedural Terminology (CPT)
- Laboratory tests: Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes (LOINC) by the Regenstrief Institute
- Race codes: HL7
