The Health 2.0 team is made up of co-founders Indu Subaiya and Matthew Holt, with John Pluenneke, VP of Business Development, and Sara Walker, Events Manager. Health 2.0 — User Generated Healthcare, our first conference, was held on September 20th, 2007 at the Hilton San Francisco.
