Patients Know Best (PKB) assists teams across all specialities in providing care to their patients through secure messaging, care plans, a library of content, and questionnaires. This empowers patients to access their healthcare data in their Personal Health Records and communicate with their healthcare team.

In this section, PKB will illustrate how teams utilise the platform in various disease areas and the workflows designed to support both patients and clinical pathways.
