# Key Objectives

To provide patients with digital care plans and information, along with advice upon being diagnosed with asthma. All information is sourced from NICE guidelines.

# Outcome

Equip patients with the information they need to self-manage their asthma. Provide generic disease care plans for teams to have in their PKB site for patients to engage with while waiting for treatment or after diagnosis.
