Patients Know Best (PKB) has integrated with the NHS App and NHS login to provide patients in England with secure access to their health records and related services.
This integration aims to empower patients by giving them greater control over their health information and facilitating more effective communication with healthcare professionals.

Patients gain a comprehensive view of their health by accessing combined data from various NHS sources (including hospital, GP records, and other care settings) all within their PKB via the NHS App.

# Current Status and Rollout
The integration of PKB with the NHS App is being rolled out regionally across England. It is currently available to users in regions where it has been specified as the Personal Health Record (PHR) provider.
Starting in 2025, the phased rollout of GP data integration will allow patients in England to add their GP information to their PKB record via NHS login. Patients will receive notifications within their PKB account once this feature becomes available to them.
