Leicester University Medical School has used PKB as a tool to support first and second-year medical students learning and development in conducting non-face-to-face consultations. They have published papers and reports based on this use:

# Publications

In an article on empathic healthcare and teaching in Leicester, the Medical School's use of PKB to teach students about compassionate patient interactions is discussed with Professor Ward calling the learning '*an integral part of all the teaching that we do*'. Find the article below:
