Professionals who are part of a team using PKB are notified about:

- being added or removed from teams
- new messages that they have received
- invitations they have sent to carers or individual profs for a patient that are accepted

- being invited to access a patient’s record
- when a patient’s record stops being shared with them

## What email address are notifications sent from?

Emails are sent from [no-reply-uk@patientsknowbest.com](mailto:no-reply-uk@patientsknowbest.com). Some customers may need to update their whitelists to ensure these emails are not blocked.
