# MDM T02 Use Cases

PKB supports two use cases for MDM T02 messages:

- <u>[Sending documents](https://wiki.hub.patientsknowbest.com/wiki/spaces/api/pages/3364848860)</u>

The specification for these two uses of an MDM T02 message is **sliced on TXA-2**:

- A TXA-2 value of "CP" will cause the message to be processed on the basis that it contains a care plan
- Otherwise, the message will be processed on the basis that it contains a document
