If going through [our checklist](https://wiki.hub.patientsknowbest.com/wiki/spaces/api/pages/4493770760) does not help to resolve your connectivity issue, please supply the information below when reporting an issue to our support desk (email: [help@patientsknowbest.com](mailto:help@patientsknowbest.com)):

1. IP address of the machine where error was observed.
  1. or NAT egress IP as that service appears to outside of your organization.
2. Integration engine parameters:
  1. Supported TLS versions
  2. Supported cipher suites
  3. Trusted Root CA certs
3. Target hostname and/or IP you're trying to connect to.
4. Exact symptom (a stack trace ideally).

This information will help us to troubleshoot the causes of your issue more quickly.
